The Diamond Exchange Community is a newly developed division of the Dayson Diamond Youth Foundation, dedicated to supporting adults through supervised living and essential recovery services. Our focus includes Alternative Family Living (AFL), Peer Support, Substance Abuse support, and re-entry services for individuals impacted by justice involvement—helping people build stability, access resources, and move forward.
