If you are unable to join us for this fun, seafood-filled celebration in support of our exciting new community initiative—the Summit Technical Trade Center (STTC)—we invite you to make a difference from wherever you are. Your tax-deductible donation, made right here on our website, will help us expand educational and workforce opportunities for youth and adults throughout the Monroe community.

The iLove Seafood Fest is presented by Dayson Diamond Youth Foundation, a non-profit organization whose objective is to encourage and create an atmosphere for exchanging ideas to change the lives of underprivileged youth and young adults. This festival event is our largest annual Dayson Diamond Youth Foundation fundraiser. The profits gained from this festival will go toward supporting our youth programs and other events.
The iLove Seafood Fest is an enticing festival experience that combines the artistic and social tradition of southern cooking, filling the air with its sweet aroma while listening to award-winning music legends' live, joyful sounds. The festival sets the tone for the open-air event, creating a feel-good mood for getting together with families and friends. In addition, our communities, your participation in this incredible experience, with food feeding the body and the music feeding the soul. The iLove Seafood Festival will surely arouse nostalgic memories, touching everyone from heart to heart.
